Directions: From Southern State, Long Island Expressway or Sunrise Highway take Route 231 South to the end (you'll be on the South Shore on the border of West Islip and Babylon).
Make a right onto Montauk Highway (27A) West. At the second traffic light make a right onto Deer Park Ave. You will see Fitness Incentive midway on your right, but the entrance is in the rear, so continue to James Street. At James Street, make a right and then a right at the Municipal Parking entrance where you will see the main entrance to Fitness Incentive. Healthy Alternatives is located inside to the left of the main desk.

Long Island Yoga Center (formerly YogaWorks), 107 E. Main St., Babylon, NY, 11702, 631-893-5445.

Make a right onto Montauk Highway (27A) West. After the traffic light at the intersection of Montauk Highway and Cooper/Shore Rd (it's Cooper on the right, Shore Rd on the left), make the second right into the parking lot right after Gemelli's Gourmet Shop (not the restaurant). LI Yoga Center will be on your left, but at the moment the awning still reads "YogaWorks."
